Voltage Live is an independent media education non-profit dedicated to empowering the next generation of creators in the entertainment industry. Founded in 2021 by Jenn Noga after her time at Kent State University’s Black Squirrel Radio, Voltage Live began as a passion project to support aspiring creatives. By 2023, the organization expanded its creative roster, and in 2024, it became an official nonprofit.
Voltage Live’s mission is to provide real-world skills, experience, and connections through its programs, fostering innovation and amplifying diverse voices in entertainment. From covering major acts like Fall Out Boy and Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour to highlighting local and emerging talent, Voltage Live is committed to inspiring and elevating creators at every level.
