Frankie Grande has always been in the spotlight; his career spanning across Broadway, television, activism, production and performance has made him a recognizable pop icon. And in 2025, Frankie obtained a new title, as he’s releasing his debut album, , a way of introducing himself as an artist to the world.
Hotel Rock Bottom tells the story of Frankie hitting “rock bottom” eight years ago. Caught in a cycle of excessive drug use, partying, and losing himself, and follows his journey through sobriety, emerging as a completely transformed person.
Frankie shares that the album is his biggest project since getting sober—one where he leads with his most genuine, authentic self. He describes the sound as a mix of spacey dance-pop and emotional ballads, made for the dance floor. Through both the music and the dance floor, Frankie embraces full authenticity, using them as spaces to celebrate acceptance, joy, and connection with his audience.
“Rhythm of Love” offers a glimpse into Frankie’s discovery of sobriety, with lyrics like “set me free” symbolizing the beginning of that journey. Along with tracks like “Boys” and the title single “Hotel Rock Bottom,” we are immersed into one of his most authentic projects that represents who he is today.
